Hello, my name is Kyle Melehes— during the last 20 years I’ve built custom homes with my own hands and run departments with dozens of employees and multimillion-dollar budgets. I spent my youth and started my career in Jackson Hole, Wyoming area and have spent the last 14 years in Big Sky/Bozeman. I've negotiated with subcontractors on a muddy job site at 6 AM and built the spreadsheets that track whether their work actually came in on time and on budget. I understand what's happening in the field and what it's supposed to look like on paper — so nothing slips through the gap between the two.
